This was not an easy podcast to record, but an episode I wish my younger-self had listened to 10 years ago. Lord knows, I would have saved myself a lot of pain, tears and permanent scars. In this episode, I share my own negative experience with multiple breast augmentation surgeries, including the wounds that were left behind long after my recovery period ended. A decade on, I've since learnt so much from that chapter of my life and I'm beyond grateful to share those lessons with you!
